The Reolink app allows you to connect and view the IP camera. There is a stream resolution button to control the resolution of the image to help with viewing the cameras with a low bandwidth internet connection. The "high" profile attempts to connect to the highest resolution and bitrate (as set in the settings of the camera). I tried lowering the resolution and bitrates for the "high" resolution profile, but the problem still remains.
What happens is that when you select the high res option, the camera image says "loading stream", but never actually loads. If you select "low" or "mid" resolutions, the camera connects within a second or two. As noted, on other android 13 phones, the high resolution works.
I am running alpha GOS on a pixel fold.
