Slow charging

I've been experiencing a weird behavior on my device recently.
I charged it until 100% on the morning and by the evening, despite a very low use of the phone, the battery was showing 30%.
Since then charging is very slow (approx. 5%/hour), even if the phone is turned off while charging, but the phone doesn't seem to drain battery more than usual. The charger is colder than usual.

Here are the things I've tried:

Checking the battery settings (no apps draining battery).
Changing cable and charger.
Restart.
Restart in safe mode.

Anyone has an idea of what to do before I try a factory reset?

Make sure you don't have junk in your charging port?

How old is the phone? There used to be a thing where you had to drain your battery to 0 and then charge it to 100 percent to reset the algorithm for the battery percentage monitoring. I don't know if that's still good advice, but it used to work.

If you have a waterproof pixel you could use an old toothbrush soaked in some water and brush the port clean. Your phone will automatically disable the USB port temporarily becouse there is water inside.
Fast charging works on GrapheneOS so it likely is a hardware-related issue.

I've been trying both of your techniques : cleaning the port and cable with an air compressor and doing a 0 to 100% charge. It seems like there were just some junk in the port because the full charge happened to be as fast as usual.
I still don't get how my phone discharged so quickly the day before tho.
