Biometric fingerprint in apps

Hi! Regarding hardware biometric permission some apps have in order to use the feature to unlock the app with preexisting fingerprint as phone unlock method: can the app see my fingerprint or just use the phone feature and phone generates an "OK" that app take as valid?

Discritor No apps, and not even the OS, can see your fingerprint. The hash of your fingerprint is stored in the secure element of your Pixel phone. Please read https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/6300638 for further details. It's written assuming somebody is using stock Pixel OS, but the same principle applies with GrapheneOS.
