I'm looking for a portable keyboard + touchpad combination for the Pixel Tablet to use it as a laptop replacement running GOS. So far I couldn't find any good wired solutions (recommendations are very welcome).
The best thing I found is the Mokibo Touchpad Fusion (Amazon link) which seems like the best portable option (the large touchpad is right under the keyboard). This XDA blog post speaks highly of it as well.
My biggest concern is the Bluetooth connection. The regular firmware updates of the keyboard might patch future exploits, but I know that Bluetooth is inherently less secure than cable. I would need to have good OPSEC and not type compromising things which in my case are mostly account login data. I use Bitwarden and Aegis (wherever possible) and never intend to type a login mail or password on this keyboard. Bitwarden itself will be unlocked on the screen via PIN or password. Are there other concerns with using a Bluetooth input device I should look out for? And do you know better solutions for a portable keyboard + touchpad combination?
Looking forward to your replies!
