GrapheneOS CLI and Package Manager

I've been exploring GrapheneOS lately, and I'm quite impressed with its focus on security and privacy. However, I have a couple of questions that I hope you can help me with.

Does GrapheneOS have a command-line interface (CLI) similar to Linux, considering it's based on the Linux kernel?
If it does, does GrapheneOS have a package manager like apt/yum/dnf for installing and managing daemons and other software packages?

I'd love to know more about the capabilities of GrapheneOS in this regard. Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!

Both Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and GrapheneOS have a Package manager which is APK-based
