I believe that's normal. As far as I can tell, that's Aurora Store's website.
You can use Storage Scopes and you'll be fine. You don't need to grant access to any folders/files, just enable storage scopes for the app to trick it into thinking it has storage permissions when it doesn't.
If you plan to install apps which may contain OBB files (mostly, but not limited to mobile games), make sure to go to Settings > Apps > Aurora Store > Install unknown apps > toggle on "Allow access to Android/obb folder".
Not doing so and installing an app that uses them may result in the app not working, as has been demonstrated here in past threads.
One last tip: during Aurora Store setup, make sure to choose the "Session Installer" and nothing else. Other options are broken and really shouldn't be an option in the first place, so please stick to that to avoid issues in the future.
