How to download: Github Page for download looks different on phone vs PC?

Hi i am still struggling sometimes with downloads from Github.
I wanted to download this app from Github:
[https://github.com/HobbyOneDroid/HashDroid]

On PC you see in the upper right corner the green button "Code", i can click on it and download the zip.
on my cell phone /vanadium it the "code" button is missing?

Any suggestions how to get vanadium to download this Hash checking app
Or any suggestions what another good app for checking Hash files is?

I tried to download it from Aurora too. It is the only App that gave me the error message there that the download failed.
A lot of oddities sourrounding this app can anyone confirm? Making me a bit paranoid. ;)

SpeakYourMind if you want the zip file, you can just use Desktop mode in Vanadium and have your green button back. If you want to install the APK via Aurora Store, you can set Aurora Store to open Google Play Store links by default (on the App info screen) and click the link at the top of the Github page you shared (worked for me in Vanadium).

It's worth mentioning that the app was last updated over 4 years ago and could therefore be a security risk, so be careful and maybe find a more up to date alternative.

SpeakYourMind Most mobile web browsers (including vanadium, firefox, etc) have a "desktop mode". In vanadium, hit the 3-dots menu button in the upper-right corner and then just check the box that says "Desktop site". Now you can see the code button.

There isn't a way on Mobile it appears, you will have to force the Desktop site in your browser settings.

The repository also only contains the source code of the app, not the app/apk itself. You would have to compile it.

Thank you it worked but installing the app ist still not working guess that is the reason the mobile version is not showing the button there is nothing in the zip to click to install it...

Yeah thanks but neither is working for me.
Silly me now learned that vanadium does have the Desktop mode, but when i download it i can click in the zip folder around but i didn't see anything to install...

With aurora my hackaround that worked on all apps was just like you wrote to copy the link into an SMS and click open to the link, then aurora opened and downloaded it. But not with this app it says: the download failed. That has nothing to do with the typical "rate limited".. Just this app...

Tried it in obtainium: Couldn't open the link neither said something alike: no suitable version found...

Anyways it is indeed 4 years old.. So any other redommendations for checking the Sha Codes of downloads that nothing has been tampered with?

Edit: @final yes our answers overlapped. I figured that after every attempt failed ;) I am not used to compiling stuff, no programmer here. So other idea to check for SHA's?

SpeakYourMind Because as mentioned before, the download is only the source code of the app. It cannot be installed. You'd need to either compile it, or use another app (I'd probably suggest the second option, the app is old as mentioned).
