Like the other member said here, it might be possible with an extension, but even if we enabled that, it would likely not be possible for one member to message another. The problem with that being that we would then get abuse from people using DMs to peddle spam and other things via that avenue.
What I do is include my Matrix ID in my bio here, so if someone needs to talk to me, they can use that instead.
