I have a mic blocker that connects to the USB port. My phone is set up to only allow USB peripherals when it's unlocked. If I plug in my mic blocker when the phone is locked, then the mic blocker doesn't work.
The solution is probably to enable USB peripherals when the phone is locked. But what kind of security issues does that create? Are DMA attacks still feasible in 2023? Could a physical attacker extract keys from memory that way? Are there other issues?
