HOW TO DISABLE "NECESSARY SERVICES" FOR BLUETOOTH?

Just disable Bluetooth in Quick settings or via the Settings app. Its not recommended to revoke permissions for system apps.

System don't need bluetooth for normal operating. If graphene don't want to allow disabling non-privacy functions, then it's means that this os is not fully private.

jzcbnmso GrapheneOS fully supports disabling Bluetooth, as does upstream AOSP. If you want Bluetooth disabled all the time, I suggest that you also remove the Bluetooth quick tile from the notification shade. That way you won't inadvertently enable it either.

#1 It is possible to revoke the sensors or even the Network permission for system apps

#2 Sensors permission is enabled by default for all apps, therefore many system and user apps have the sensors permission. The Sensors permission can be set to be disabled by default for user installed apps in Settings ➔ Privacy.

#3 Sensors and Network permissions are enabled by default for compatibility as they are not part of Android Open Source Project (AOSP), and That is why you'll see system apps having these 2 permissions (Network & Sensors) for appearently no reason.

#4. Please note that The Sensors permission is different from the Body Sensors permission. The Body Sensors is part of AOSP, and the Sensors permission is part of GrapheneOS.

Therefore these apps can't function properly without the Sensors permission.

Your device can work without Bluetooth, but Bluetooth can't work without the Sensors permission. If you don't want to use Bluetooth, Disable it; But don't revoke any permissions for the Bluetooth system app.

GrapheneOS is not made for doing literally anything, Its made for security. If you don't want to use Bluetooth, please Disable It via the Quick Settings toggle or in the Settings app. You shouldn't revoke random permissions for System apps.
