DeletedUser115 Are Pixel Tablet pins used to connect the tablet to the dock are USB interface or something else?
final DeletedUser115 I'd like to believe the pogo pin connection on the back would support other accessories like keyboards etc but a company would need to manufacture it to prove it. It does play audio through that dock after all.
DeletedUser115 final Yes, this is my hope too. But I am curious how the pins work. Is it a USB 2.0 port in a different physical connection or a whole different interface? If so what interface that is?
final DeletedUser115 doing research it appears it might be USB, as you cannot use USB and the dock at the same time for limitations, the article also claims it's possibly a USB connection on the dock. https://www.androidpolice.com/google-pixel-tablet-dock-usb-port-issue/
DeletedUser115 final Thanks, very interesting! I will test again using dock speakers together with devices connected via USB-C.
DeletedUser115 final Can confirm, when USB accessories are connected via USB-C port, sounds comes out from the tablet speakers, not the dock's speaker.
