Display failure and warrenty

Hello,

unfortunately, my Pixel 7 Pro has a sporadic display failure, where sometimes only the very top edge displays an image.

I had the problem yesterday for a very long time, and reboots did not help either. Today the problem is unfortunately only sporadic and not really reproducible. But mainly when you pick up the phone from the table.

I would like to send the device, because I still have warranty.

Would it be advisable to go back to stock OS before I send it in? Or should a factory reset be enough?

Beerman I personally would take it back to stock, not sure if it's necessary.

Beerman they will flash back to stock when they work on phone , backup and remove data before sending it in .
