Folders and locking an app (like on Samsung)

First question:
Is there any way to make folders (not on Homescreen) in the area where all the apps are? Don't know what you call it (the one where you unlock the phone and swipe up in order to show you all your apps).
Second question:
Isn't there a way to lock apps in the overview? I usually have many apps running and I select clear all sometimes if I want to close them most but not all, but I don't see this option.

Swipe up and hold for the overview of all open apps. Then swipe all the way to the left, there is a button to remove all running apps.

To create folders in the drawer you'll have to install a custom launcher. I use Lawnchair2, but Neolauncher and others can do the trick as well.

First question: no, not possible with included launcher. Maybe with 3rd party launchers.
