Notification sound but no notifications on the screen

Hi there,

Some weeks ago phone started to emit notification sounds but nothing appear on the screen, sometimes the notifications fails to complete and sprocket is displayed at the top of the screen and disappears fast.

Is anyone experiencing the same ones?

It happens when DOH (security dns) is down. (internet connection lost)
