Bobby123 Only thing I've changed is adding google play store to the 2nd profile that has google services installed.
As far as I know, there's no way at all for you to break location for one profile from another.
I'm kind of out of ideas as to what you can check. My last suggestion would be to try creating a completely new profile. Test without installing Sandboxed Google Play with a very clear view of the sky, i.e. no trees or roofs above you. If you use GPSTest, you can see if your phone finds any satellites. You can also try setting up location services with Google Play Services (like in the link I posted earlier). If location doesn't work in a freshly created profile, I'd start thinking maybe there's a hardware issue of some sort. I haven't seen anyone on here say they've run into similar issues recently, so it would make sense the issue is unique to your phone.
