On stock Pixel OS, those settings are controlled from the stock Settings app. But that is not part of AOSP, so is not included in GrapheneOS.
On GrapheneOS, you can control some of the settings and behavior of the Pixel Buds from the Pixel Buds app. But the options in the app are more limited than in the Settings app of stock Pixel OS.
user74838 I could control them to play simultaneously or one at a time. The left and right pair separately.
Therefore, as far as I'm aware, this functionality can't be controlled on GrapheneOS, from the Pixel Buds app, or otherwise.
