Can't uninstall manually some apps

Some apps like wgatsapp need adb uninstall to get removed from my pixel.

NewUser That is incorrect. You can uninstall WhatsApp from Settings on the phone, and there is no need to use ADB.

What makes you think that you can't?

To uninstall any Launcher app you need to make any other launcher app the Default launcher (Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app).

For apps like Insular, Shelter, you need to first remove Device admin permission from "Settings > Apps > Special app access > Device admin apps"
