Location inaccuracy when Google Location Accuracy is turned off.

I'm having issues with location accuracy and using location based apps like uber, maps, transit. It seems that these apps only work for me when Google Location Accuracy is turned on. Is there a work around this or do I have to have this option turned on in order for them to work properly ?

I think you need to install Google crapwares and turn on Google location accuracy, unfortunately. Google made sure no android phone can run 100% perfectly without some or the other Google crapware.
