Gcam/ Google Photos with revoked network access?

I've installed Gcam and google photos via the play store (alias account) for the enhanced image processing (especially at night). I have revoked network access for both and have ensured google photos is signed out of my alias google account.

Do I have anything to worry about in regards to google photos calling out to google via IPC with the play store or some other way? I absolutely do not want my images shared with google. I want to keep everything local and would prefer google have 0 information about my pictures.

hey! i believe if you do that your pics are safe from google. i also have Gcam installed with no net access.

If you don't want to use Gphotos, but sitll want to be able to quickly view your taken photos, from within the Gcam app, use this: https://github.com/CaramelFur/GPhotosShim
