My health insurance app (Techniker Krankenkasse) is not working

Hi, the app is installed from play store, the play services are running and networking is allowed for play services. But the app hangs in splash screen and refuses to open. Is there something I can do to get this to work?

Have you tried enabling native code debugging in Settings > Security?

I have native code debugging enabled and it works for me. The first start up was a little slow, try to wait for it about 30 seconds. Give it a try :) !
The only drawback with TK App is that biometric login doesn´t work and you will need to manually enter the password everytime you want to login.

Iam using this Thread as follow up for german health insurance apps, as there are multiple apps that rely on the safety net or play integrity feature.

As for now the TK App (techniker krankenkasse) seams to be working, but I got no way of checking.

I at least got a positive Answer form DAK App, as seen in the Screenshot below.
They plan on adding something in the end of march 2024, hopefully a solution as suggested in the attestation compatibility guide.

Just posting this here so other users might find this info.

I wrote to TK in the Apps "contact TK" section - you can select "TK-App" as a topic. I can onyl encourage everyone to do the same in order to make them aware that it in their interest to support the most secure OSes especially when it comes to health data.

Yes it works for me too. But sadly I just dont update Google Play apps anymore unless they force me, to avoid Play Integrity being implemented in some random version.
