Unblock access to camera and microphone when locked

I have "Allow access to camera when device is locked" turned on.
I also turn off camera and microphone access when not in use.

When I want to take a picture immediately and the device is locked,
I can open the camera app(pressing the power button twice), but I have to enter the pin code of the device to unblock access to the camera.

Is there any way to unblock camera and microphone access without unlocking the device?

pappee it's not possible to enable camera or microphone while the phone is locked.

I keep microphone and camera quick tiles enabled, whilst taking the following precautions:

Grant one-time access only to apps which I think might abuse those permissions
If green indicator light shows, I check privacy dashboard to verify which app is accessing those permissions

I find that set-up to be a good compromise for my needs, and allows me to take photos or videos from the lock screen.

It doesn't make sense that "Allow access to camera when device is locked" is a feature to use the camera without unlocking the device, yet it is required to unlock the device.

To access the camera in the lock screen you need enable both 'allow access to camera when device is locked' and camera access from the quick tile or privacy settings.

Disabling either of those two will stop you from being able to access the camera from the lock screen. I hope that makes it clearer.
