User2288 Never used such systems/features, but... Checkout Amaze File Manager and see if it might offer what you need. Also checkout FX Explorer. ITs not FOSS but they claim privacy respectfulness.
SoulKeeper I use CX file explorer because it's ad-free, lets me clear cache and allows me to transfer files to PC/other Android phones through FTP.
