Ethernet connection

Is there a way to connect to Ethernet at boot?
Or automatic?
Seems if I reboot is not able to connect till I remove the usb and insert it again, than it works.

italian_job I am not 100% sure but I think you're right, you need to reconnect the USB-C adapter to connect via Ethernet.

Why is it important? What are you trying to accomplish?

italian_job Could it be that this is a result of the default option in Settings > Security > USB Accessories?

You can try changing that to "Allow new USB peripherals" and let me know if that changes something. The default is set to "Allow new USB peripherals when unlocked".

I'm in roaming in a country where power come and go, wifi extender is not under solar battery while modem it is
vpn in start at boot does not work without connection, plug in, unplug it and plug in again will reconnect.
