Removing Play Services after having used them

I've been using Play Services on my GOS phone for many months now. However, I currently don't use any apps that really need them anymore.

If I simply remove them now, will this mess up something with apps that are installed right now and that were installed with Play Services present? Can they adapt to the services suddenly missing or would they have to be reinstalled?

Also, in terms.of privacy, does anything speak against simply removing Play Services, vs setting up a completely new profile and starting fresh?

And the third question, should I ever decide to install Play Services again, can I just do this and installed apps will adapt and use them again?

Duct9143 The one that comes to my mind is Signal.

If you install Play services first and then Signal, even if you remove Play services later, Signal is still dependent on it.

On the other hand, if you install Signal first, it will set up its own background process.

Also may I add another follow up question?
What if I installed at one point an app from GPS and then I decided to get rid of all the google stuff (GPS, GSF etc) and got an update from aurora store instead. Does that make the app still needing to communicate with google play store for future update checks or for any other reason for that matter? Sorry if my question is "stupid" and I apologise if I stir away from the main thread subject.

alexandros Apps can be updated through either Play Store or Aurora Store (or in fact any place that uses the same signing keys, e.g. GitHub/Obtainium). If you uninstall Play Store, then you'll need to use Aurora Store or another app store instead.
