No contacts or call logs on Seedvault restore

When attempting to restore a backup I made on GrapheneOS before resetting the phone, I attempted to restore it on both Graphene and Lineage, both from a Type C flash drive during setup and from phone memory after setup (using dial code). My contacts and call log are both seem to be completely gone, and I have to rely on an old copy of my contacts from another phone I used a few years ago.
I am very sure that all four of those system storages had a green checkmark on the backup status screen. My contacts could still be in the backup, but I'm not sure if I have any way of knowing that. Is there any way that I can decrypt my backup independently of Seedvault and extract my data from it?

As someone who values the essence of GOS and all its components, I am aware that decrypting outside of Seedvault is not within the realm of possibility.

I understand your frustration with the unreliable nature of Seedvault and the potential loss of your important data. It can be disheartening to give trust in a backup system and have it fail us.

So for your backup, it may be worth considering different methods of backing up your data in the future. While Seedvault might work for some, for me it has not been a reliable option. Perhaps explore different backup options such as manually exporting your data.
