Hello guys hope you are all having a great day.

So my question is, is it currently possible to insert fake live media.

I can see it has been added to the upcoming feature list however I could have sworn I saw a video of someone showcasing graphene OS and in his settings it had a fake insert media option. Maybe I am wrong.
Alternatively is it possible to do it on stock android in anyway.

It is not possible, no.

It could potentially also be possible to configure a video/audio/image instead of a placeholder black screen or silent audio.

Remains to be seen how they'll be implemented when they are.

What you like saw in that video is storage scopes, which allows you to make an app think it has access to storage permissions it wants when it doesn't, and you can optionally give it access to select files.
