If you are looking for the app to provide the movies for free, i dont think there is any, as most of them are just browser based.
You'd find much better information on reddit. Most platforms are browser based, some might have apps. There are very interesting shenanigan options that can be discovered on reddit. I suggest you look into it.
First find a good platform that fits your needs, then worry about the app, i'd say.
