Unable to make or receive phonecalls

Hey y'all
First time Graphene user, been almost 1 month so far and loving it.
Recently I have been unable to make any normal phonecalls:
When I dial a number, it immediately goes to "call ended". And if somebody tries to call me, it says my number is out of order or busy. Everything else works fine, with no hiccups.

Are you using LTE Only mode?
SETTINGS>NETWORK & INTERNET>SIMS>PREFERRED NETWORK TYPE
If so can you dial *#*#4636#*#* and check that the VoLTE toggle is on to show it is provisioned.
If the toggle is off you need to contact your carrier.
Also make sure mobile data is on if LTE only is on.
Change your preferred network type to non LTE ie 3G if your network supports it and try to make/receive calls.
If the SIM is an eSIM using the same short code above check to see if DSDS (Dual Sim Dual Standby) is toggled on.
