Has anyone gotten the "Calibrate" feature in Google Maps working?

Google Maps has a "Calibrate" option that uses the Google AR app to calibrate your location using the camera.

Has anyone gotten this working on GrapheneOS? On my Pixel 7, it crashes at the "Scanning" step.

I'm thinking I might troubleshoot when I have time, but I was curious first if anyone has this feature working or if anyone has already done any troubleshooting that might be insightful.

Me too. It did work on a distant past (circa mid-2022) but it has been crashing for me for some time now.

If it used to work but no longer does, perhaps this can be filed as an issue on GitHub.
