Hi folks,
I have a Pixel 5 with GrapheneOS installed. I also have a Sony speaker, which has a a HDMI connector. I would like to select music (e.g. Spotify) via my phone, and have it play on the speaker.
I was about to buy a USB-C to HDMI adapter but I read that Pixel phones don't support HDMI. Most comments I came across were about transmitting video rather than audio. Some also said that it was a software block only. My question is does Pixel 5 (with Graphene installed) support HDMI for transmission of audio to play on speaker? If not, are there any hacks I can use to get around this issue (that doesn't involve a wireless protocol like bluetooth)
Thanks!
