Hey crew, so I was wondering if apps still talk to eachother or grab info from one another even if perms are only set to Network.
Example, nextcloud account or proton drive, if I have twitter or amazon on the same user profile. Does amazon or twitter grab information from the nextcloud app or other app?

I do have the google play services downloaded to receive notifications, dunno if it relates to something.

Apps in the same user profile can communicate via mutual consent through inter-process communication (IPC). It is an integral part of how apps function on Android. Have a search for IPC in the search bar of this forum to find more information about it. Remember it is by mutual consent, an app is unlikely to share information with another app unless it has a good reason to do so.

If you don't want apps to be able to communicate with each other at all, put them in a separate user profile.
