Answering machine (local voicemail)

Hi,

Since there is Call Recording implemented, why not to extend it by creating the answering machine functionality? So a user can set up a pre-recorded voice message to play to a calling party and then allowing the calling party to leave their voice message.

Few reasons;
1) That's a pretty complex feature to implement -- FAR more complex than call recording,
2) Its redundant since its provided by most or all service providers,
3) It wouldn't be reliable since cell phones have a tendency to experience no coverage.

csis01 Thanks! The whole point is to have it locally regardless of the service provider and the subscription.
