All0tr0pe Hi I'm a happy and pretty satisfied noob 2 weeks in on my new pixel 10a with grapheneos 2026052400 and I hope it's OK to bump this thread instead of repeating the request.
I believe the answer remains the same.
Historically, the GrapheneOS project invests in security and privacy enhancements to AOSP, plus a few opt-in high-value conveniences such as Google Play and Android Auto. Historically the project does not make UI tweaks or support minor convenience bumps, especially if third-party apps can do the job. This is because every change must be maintained, and this is work for even small changes because the GrapheneOS project stays up to date on security patches. Other AOSP variants have many more UI tweaks and other features, but may be behind on security patches. At present, elevated security and privacy cost something, and one of the costs right now is that the built-in clock has a blue background (also, it uses a faintly heinous font).
