I can confirm it is currently working in the UK. It unfortunately needs to be in owner profile to work by the way. My wife is happy to use it like that, I'm not so sure yet.

However, I am extremely happy about Curve giving GrapheneOS users the option, finally, to pay with their phones if their banking app didn't already have the functionality

roamer4223 I use it in a secondary user, on it's own alongside Play Services and just use my Play Services user with a login to update via Play Store. I also use it with both credit/debit too.

It seems, though, you can only link it to a credit card for now.

Don't forget to enable your NFC in the settings if you weren't using it so far.

Curve Pay working in Italy, too. I managed to link both a credit and a debit card, but only after pestering my bank's support because they were the ones rejecting the authorization.

Curve Pay does not accept most passports even if you are resident of a EU county.

iCard app is EU-based (Bulgaria) instead of UK and works perfectly for me in Germany.

radek_m I didn't need to sent passport for curve pay (the pay functionality, I didn't opt in for anything else). Only my card details and home address

As an Aussie it seems as if we won't see it here for some time, but the increasing popularity of the card may give Google that nudge to make Wallet available for us.

Parsect did they ask you for anything else, e.g. a video or photo of yourself?

Honestly, why would you give your payment data to a middleman?
I use fidesmo pay with nfc rings and bracelets. That way the payment goes directly through your bank instead of a middleman like curve or google.
Also, paying with a ring is much cooler than with the phone, right? :P
