Hello all,
I have two Pixel 8a with the same issue. After updating to the latest messaging app ver. 16 and to the latest OS update 2026092501, they both are not reviving notifications for the messaging app. Other apps like signal will still give me notifications. But I cannot see new text unless I manually close and reopen the app. Messaging v.16 was notifying before the latest OS update.
I was wondering I'd anyone else was having this issue or just wanted to see what my options are to fix this
Thanks AJ
