thusband I'm in the UK using EE on my Pixel 10a and the installed phone app. I don't seem to receive phone calls from one phone number that's very important to me. I'm told calls were made and voice messages were left but I see nothing in messages or the call history. I have WiFi calling turned on so I'm assuming calls should be coming through via the EE network or WiFi. I'm not sure where I should be looking to fix this. Any hints appreciated.
ghost_traveler I'd check the Phone app's blocked numbers list first, including any accidental block. If that’s clear, try one test call with Wi‑Fi calling off, since EE may route it differently.
KernalPanicAtTheDisco thusband in addition to ghost_traveler's comment I had a similar issue and realized my carriers "anti spam" feature was doing it, which would also explain the lack of call or VM.
thusband Yes, I've checked block numbers and it isn't on there. It seems some calls are coming through and some aren't. I had another call this morning from a different number that never showed up. Maybe I'll give EE a call.
thusband Could WhatsApp have something to do with this? I notice that the call I missed this morning came in through WhatsApp. I have WhatsApp as a third party app on the phone. Maybe delete that?
