Turn the phone off for an hour.

Turn the phone on into safe mode

Turn the phone on
Hold down 'volume down' when you see the message about loading a different operating system. Keep holding the button down.
Let go of volume down after you see the GOS logo

You can use the emergency phone dialer screen to see if your touch screen works as expected. (E.g. you tap 4 and get a 4 on the screen.)

AgentM I went back into private space settings, and it looks like the update disabled the option for scrambling. Seems to be working now.

9a updated and I am able to make calls while on the T-mo network. no issues so far with the new update.
