If you do won't do an error yourself the app won't be able to know with a 100% certainty that you're the same person.
Create two new profiles and install Snapchat there. If you register with two different phone numbers and just give Snapchat camera access there's no way to know you're to same person.
But if you start giving permissions to contacts for example on both instances then the case is obvious right? Those two accounts will have exactly the same contacts so Snapchat now has a way of knowing that those two accounts belong to the same person. Will they do something about it and use that information to ban you? I have no idea.
If you don't do mistakes like that yourself it's not possible for Snapchat to know that those 2 accounts running on 2 different profiles belong to you.
Make sure you create 2 fresh profiles for your operation since that assures a new ANDROID_ID for each of them which is a non-hardware identifier that lasts for a profiles lifetime and could be used to fingerprint you.
