Is your device updated?
Are you using Owner only, or secondary user profiles, or Private space?
Is the internal storage space running low?
How many apps running at a time?
Have Adb been in use on the device at any time? Have the developer options been enabled?

Look in:
Settings > Apps > Default apps > Digital assisstant
Is there any app present here?

Settings > Security and privacy > More security and privacy > Device admin
Is any app active here?

When rebooting your device and pausing the reboot, does the first screen show this precise line?
