I am in New Zealand and I'm new to Graphene OS. How does it actually update? I try to refresh, check for updates and nothing happens. I have a Pixel10 Pro XL.

0070 okay, I got it to work. I switched it to alpha release channel and then it worked. I took it out of stable because it's stable for some reason it wouldn't do anything. So yeah, problem solved.

0070 Its because its not stable yet, it firstly goes to alpha so people can test it in a large scale. In a few hours in will go to stable.

Novaliss sorry, I need to give some clarification. I couldn't get the latest release to install on Stable, which is now obvious as the reasons have been told to me already. I have been on stable release2026081300 for quite a while now. Sorry about that. I am a newbie.

Novaliss the update went so quickly though. I had it on my phone in 10 minutes. And this is the first software update I initiated myself and I think it's so much faster than updating an iPhone Wow!!!!

it is much faster in reality, due to the way iPhones update their software. You will see that the "preparing" step will be longer on Android, where the installation happens in the background of a live system basically and you mostly reboot to apply changes, while iPhones perform the majority of the installation on the well known "logo on background" (Updater) screen.

SplatterGames okay, that makes sense. Is it just me or I feel like my phone is a bit snappier after updating it to this release? I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?. I have a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL.
