“GrapheneOS can be forensically extracted” and “GrapheneOS has been cracked” are two completely different statements.
Under certain circumstances (where security codes can be spied on or guessed, or have been voluntarily disclosed), data extraction is of course possible. Andre Miegel appears to be looking into such cases, but I don’t think he is sufficiently knowledgeable on the subject to recognise the difference.

German authorities do not have their own secret decryption technology. The BKA and LKA (e.g. the Berlin LKA’s Mobile Communications Forensics Unit) use the same commercial tools as every other „Bundesländer“ – primarily Cellebrite, alongside MSAB and GrayKey. German investigators even contacted Cellebrite’s customer support (There are so-called ‘floorwalkers’ who can be contacted if necessary or in the event of problems with Cellebrite) when faced with technical problems (Cellebrite Special Service), which shows that they rely on the same commercial ecosystem as any other authority worldwide, rather than on their own specialised technology.

My Guys also told me how much Money BKA and LKA invest into these Services. You can read about this openly, as these are tax expenditures

I guess true. The GOS team are gifted computer experts but governments do have resources. I also am guessing the GOS team will figure out what is being exploited within a year or less and remove that surface. All guesses.

GOS is still very trustworthy.

I am not an attorney, but my vague general understanding is that various jurisdictions in Europe require court evidence to be accompanied by a detailed explanation of how it was obtained. Spying on foreign agents generally does not have the same disclosure requirements, but so far it doesn't sound to me as if this German lawyer is known to be representing foreign agents.

Another way would be via a leak. Over time there are lots of leaks. Both before and after Snowden!

On any given afternoon, we can only guess about the exploits being used that afternoon. But after five years there is a fair chance to do better than guessing what was is play.

Cellobright Hmmmm.... I think that this is all fear-mongering, regarding these types of articles. If they did manage to find an exploit in the software, it would, like you said, have to take a billion years and a quantum computer mathematically, unless there was something that was overlooked. But I doubt it, this dev team is definitely on it!! Respect!!

Saying GOS was cracked or X got into GOS phone without saying how and under which circumstances could just be a way of detering users or new interested potential users.

The ignorance is that police wants to use GOS but prohobit others, as if it should be made exclusivly for them.
