Phone borderline unusable when dual SIM is enabled

Been having issues with extreme slowness/bugginess, input delays, and "System UI is not responding" dialogues when dual SIM is enabled. Upon deactivating one SIM, this problem fully resolves and my device becomes responsive again. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What could be the cause? Device is up to date running the latest version of Graphene.

As usual, 1st of all, think of any customisations you made in areas adjacent to the topic (launcher, non-default SMS etc apps), maybe something in vpn etc. Or search project's issues on github.

erikfritzek I haven't really done much out of the ordinary I believe. I do run an always on VPN, and I do have many applications and user profiles, however I'm not sure why activating dual SIM would be the trigger for this issue I'm facing.

Should be fast enough. My P9 handles 2 sims without problems. My old P6 feels very laggy from time to time.

Maybe you could try lowering the number of profiles and apps?
