secureblue is for those whose first priority is using Linux, and second priority is security. secureblue does not claim to be the most secure option available on the desktop.
secureblue is harm reduction for those who want to use a traditional desktop Linux distro. Meanwhile, GrapheneOS attempts to be a maximally secure, general-purpose mobile OS. Even with existing desktop options, there are more private and secure choices, but none that are traditional Linux distros, and none that are like a "GrapheneOS for PC".
The GrapheneOS project has acknowledged the hardening work that secureblue does, but there is no affiliation between the two. secureblue forked the grapheneos.org source code for this website, that's why they look so similar.
