stick4611 thanks for sharing. I can see that your setups are similar to what I use.
One thing that stands out to me is usage of play services:
- I use play services, and my PWAs don't disappear.
- You don't use Play in main profile, and PWAs disappear.
- You use PWAs in work profile, and PWAs don't disappear.
The variable, to me, seems to be presence of play services. Now of course it would help if people who face this issue even when using play services can chime in, otherwise it seems like play services lie at the root cause.
It can also work if someone is willing to reproduce it using OTA updates and report back (I unfortunately have devices that are in daily use and prevent me from experimenting).
If it is indeed play services, we can add this information to the issue tracker and maybe it will help the developers solve it.
