Well first I wouldn't reccomend it, because there's no way to turn it off that I can find, and it doesn't seem to do too much. The only "developer option" in it is "tracing" with a few settings within it. I don't even know what it does. But if you want to enable it, go to "settings", click "about vanadium", and then click " application version" 5 or 7 times. Again, personally not reccomended. If you try it and figure anything out though, please let me know how it goes for you.
