Hey guys!
Been looking at the clicks communicator device and i put a preored on it a few months ago. Altough since EU started to push trough the chat controll, i've been more hesitant about using anything besides Graphene. The clicks team promised to use Aphy OS which allegedly is a fork of Graphene, but when i asked them in private email they said that they are going to ship with "Clean and hardenes android 17". Not knowing what that means, I dont trust them. I would hate to refund my money on clicks cause the physical keyboard device would be a bless, but there are boundaries OS wise witch I'm not willing to step over.
Here comes my question: Has anyone from the community or the Graphene team considered collaborating with Clicks, either officially or unofficially (just like Pixel is an unofficial "collab")?
The clicks device is going to have StrongBox keystore chip so that part is checked out of the list for requirement. Do we know anything about this?
I would love some infos, toughts around this topic.
