Hello!
I'm new to GrapheneOS, but I couldn't find this information on the forum or in the app settings. Is it possible to configure GrapheneOS to wipe all data when closing the app? Even when using the "Close tabs on exit" option, the history remains visible after the app is closed.

Additionally, the app creates icons for websites on the home screen. It would be great to disable this behavior to enhance privacy.

ZeroBlast84 There is no setting for that, no. The recommendation is to make a home screen shortcut for incognito mode and use that instead.

Did you select add to home screen or install and add shortcut inside vanadium then proceed through the prompts to get it added?

I didn't select any option to add favorites or recently visited sites to the home page.

ZeroBlast84 Click the 3 dots menu in the browser -> Customize new tab page -> My Shortcuts, turn off this option. This will turn off the homepage icons.

Also go to settings -> privacy and security -> open external links in incognito. Turn this option on if you don't want browser to retain any history. This plus (long press browser icon -> press the + symbol next to new incognito tab) will ensure you don't need to clear history on your own.
