enable secondary profiles control over hotspot

is there a way to turn on/off the hotspot from a secondary profile?
it is annoying to switch to the owner profile just for that. especially when you have a long password for the owner profile

h2dden Many of the network settings in AOSP are global across all profiles.

Some have them can only be controlled from the owner profile; mobile data and hotspots are both like that.

I don't know of any way around that, it's the way it is designed in AOSP.
