What is your workflow when performing a back up of your phone?

I don't have a clear idea yet on how to backup all of my sms, call logs, contacts, photos, and all of my configured settings of my phone. I used to rely with the Google One app😅

Any idea from you guys, I'll be glad to hear anything from you😊

I use super backup from google play store without internet access to backup and restore my sms, call logs, contacts.
Then i use Syncthing to copy these backup files to my pc also the photos and videos(I do this monthly once).
I dont backup the settings configuration, every time i reset the phone i do it from scratch.
