Changing set mobile data usage settings by apps every time after restart

Hi,
Every time I restart my device the set settings for mobile data usage of every app goes back to "is allowed to use mobile data in background" in my second account (so not main account). Is there something to stop doing this because it's quite annoying to change that evrytime back how my preferences are?

MontBlanc this happens for apps in Private spaces as well. One way of fixing it is by using RethinkDNS, installed and configured in both Owner, and the secondary user(s).

Novaliss I was using Rethink for a while to bypass this but Rethink doesn’t work quite a while on my device and I can’t figure out why. Everytime I start it I lose internet connection so e.g. I can’t browse. Any suggestions for bypassing this?

MontBlanc Have you any recollection of which version you tried?

Novaliss The newest one. There was no update since I guess many month and the issue is just like 1 month old.

Gone already again. I don't know why but somehow it does work since recently.
